Had this happened to my 718 Boxster late last year and early this year. Let me tell you, it makes life hard when your Porsche is the only DD you have. I have the LED headlights with PDLS+

I recalled mine was due to an issue with the main CPU/board for the headlight that causes not enough power supplying to my Right headlight compared to the left headlight. This caused the Right LED headlight and LED signal not to work. In addition, this also affected the front trunk release that can't be open and the horn not working.

They had to order a new one x2 and took them from 2-3 days for the 1st occurrence and a week for the 2nd time to really clarify the issue. Thankfully it is sorted since then. Both times was covered under warranty.
