Life is a lot more entertaining once you stop caring what others think.

It's a few bucks sticker. Buy it, put it on, and if you do not like it, remove it.
Personally I do not like it at all but, considering the effort, worth trying it if you have this desire.

How big is the logo? if its a size of the front Porsche emblem or slightly bigger, I think its worth the try if you like it. Can't cost that much, right?

I've never seen a Lamborghini with a sticker on it; unless it was a paid advertisement from a sponsor.

If the sticker is a square piece of white vinyl-like material with the black image and lettering printed on it, then you can bet that even if the white matches your paint perfectly at first, over time the paint and the sticker will age at different rates. Additionally, the adhesive at the edges of the sticker will catch dirt and grime, creating a black square of grime around the sticker. At that point, it will look like, well, a vinyl sticker stuck on a really nice car. Then, when you remove it, there's the possibility that there will be a square of differently aged paint where the sticker was. That said, and as has been stated above, it's your car, your sticker, and you're the only one you have to please.

looks wrong and it is incomplete, Stuttgart city logo includes more than the horse, you can check it out online and if Porsche thought it looked good they would have put it on the car at the factory or offered it as an option

If you have to ask you already know the answer.

In my opinion it looks stupid on my computer's screen. But that is just my opinion. And we know what opinions are like.

Normally I would say this alternate idea for your trunk lid is a bit out there, but considering what you were contemplating, it's downright conservative in comparison!

Take the 918 Spyder emblem, below, offered through Suncoast for $75, and rearrange the numbers to read 981 (each number is separate) and space the numbers out to cover the desired area. Or, keep the numbers close together. Whatever you think looks best to you.

On a white car, chrome with acid green accents would certainly be eye-catching and hardly bland. Of course, in the Porsche world acid green signifies hybrid, but it seems like you march to the beat of your own drummer and would hardly let that stop you.

Just a thought! Good luck.

See:

https://www.suncoastparts.com/product/SKU918EMB.html

Genuine Porsche replacement emblem from the 918 Spyder. Comes with one "918" emblem in chrome with Acid Green accent. Comes with adhesive on the backside, ready for installation. Can be used as a replacement for 918 Spyder models, or can be custom installed on other applications. Each letter is independent and can be spaced as needed.Dimensions of emblem as shown (each number is independent, can be spaced as needed):

Width 3.25 inches
Height 1 inch

No warranty on emblem adhesive, professional installation recommended.

Custom Installations:

- For 2013-2015 Boxster or Cayman owners: Rearrange the numbers from "9 1 8" to "9 8 1" to have a unique look for your car. The "981" is the series production number for the 2013 or newer Boxster/Cayman models.

Wise words:

In your 20's, you think: "What do other people think about me?"

In your 40's, you think: "I don't give a $#!t what other people think about me!!!"

In your 60's, you think: "Nobody was even thinking about me in the first place."

As for the OP, my vote is "Don't do it." [Keep in mind this is from a guy with a window sticker on his 2014 Cayenne Turbo S that reads "Don't laugh, it's paid for!"]
