Sorry, didn't occur to me to check sizing on the DWS06s, but I had these on 18" wheels on my 964, and they're now on 20" wheels on the Boxster...

Yeah, I went from 18"-20" in the Porsche recommended sizes in the manual and no love for the DWS or PS A/S 3+. Oh well. There are worse problems than having to drive a 911 or M2 part of the year.

I used to swear by the DWS 06 as a great performance all season tire, until last year. I bought a set in 2017 and 3 of the tires had belts slip within 4000 miles. I discovered 5 other people who had the same experience with DWS 06 tires purchased in 2017.

Not enough failures for it to be a recall, but something was definitely wrong with their materials or production process mid year. Continental failed to do anything about my problem and I didn't event get offered replacements or a discount under their mileage warranty. They have since lost my business.

I have yet to find an all season tire brand where I can get both front and rear the same model.
I would hate to mix up brands between the front and rear.
What is a good long lasting summer tire?
