3.8L H6 into Boxster S/GTS?
Have a 2015 BGTS. Love it. Considered Spyder when I got current car but I'm not a track guy and preferred the roof on GTS (power vs. manual & Sypder top seems thinner than regular Boxster top). Basically, liked creature comforts and use car for nice weekend drives on local twisty roads.
Still under warranty so haven't done any mods but considering tune/headers when warranty ends to up HP/torque.
When considering mods, got to thinking if putting 3.8L H6 into a Boxster S/GTS body (e.g. putting a Spyder engine into a regular Boxster body) has been done or would work. Anyone done it or know of a shop that would?

John and the guys at BGB are doing a full S to GT4 conversion for a friend of mine. They do everything including engine, suspension and body conversions. It is their specialty. They also race and support some top Cayman racing teams. They know the platform.
