thoughts on putting "981" on the door next to the front wheel?

I thing the 981 on the lower door would be ok, but would suggest the vinyl/sticker route. The raised letters would look odd, IMHO.
If you do the 981 on the lower door, I think you keep the PORSCHE on the rear deck and perhaps just remove the 981.

You might get built-up of road grime.
I have thought of removing the “Boxster” because it’s just easier to clean. Who’s going to call it a Miata?
