Question Will Porsche Safety Service Action WJ35 Extend to 981?

Just saw Porsche Safety Service Action WJ35 referenced in a 718 forum, which talks about a voluntary recall involving the addition of side intake grills to avoid the risk of fire from cigarette butts being sucked into the intake. Wouldn't this problem affect 981 models too? (Why would this be limited to 718 models only?) According to a different forum, a 718 owner's service advisor mentioned that the recall has 4 different schedules (or phases?) so maybe the recall notices will be staggered to avoid swamping the dealers? Has anybody heard anything definitive (or has a 981 owner received a recall notice)?

I kind of doubt it. I am not very familiar with the inners of the 718 intake since I don't have one, but the 981 already has a grate way back there that is well known to catch leaves, cigs, etc. I've never heard of a single fire or issue from it. It would be cool for them to throw us some nice OEM grilles, but don't get your hopes up.
