Does anyone know what the install is like on these for a car with PASM? How does coding/etc work?

Jacob, I’ll get back to you shortly, please do some research on the PDK issue. If I’m going to ship we should really give OP a day or two to respond as well.

Guys please do do you research to make sure that it works for your particular situation.

I guess that makes it:

Toast - because he can pick up locally.

Jacob

Thanks,

Thanks,
Ill still take them, The only difference is in the rear anti-roll bar, the Manual get a 21.7 x 3.6mm rear and the PDK gets a 22.5 x3.6mm, so i will have a slightly softer/smaller rear . and rear spring rate will be stiffer on pdk, which in the case ill have a softer spirng rate ,

I need to figure out as one of the planet-9 threads mentioned their dealer couldn't figure out how to install it in a car with PASM/PDLS, which my car has. Anyone know if that's really an issue?

Anyone install this in a PASM equipped car and run in to issues?

ToasterTheif - X73 Won't work with PASM.

Patrick3000 - Thanks so much for posting and giving me the opportunity to respond. I would have to ship, but mine too is a PDK and I will want the bigger bar. So, I'll just wait on Suncoast and do the install over the winter.

Can you clarify this? I know I can't have PASM and X73 installed, but can I replace PASM with X73?

The 2 month back order on the X73 from Suncoast only ended up being about 3 weeks. It shipped this week and I should have it early next week.

Hmm, I ordered the kit From Sonnen Porsche , as the OP said, They were totally not available in the US market, they had a few for the Manual Cars but not the PDK, except one set sitting in a warehouse/dealer in germany, So i went ahead and asked them can we get it. they said sure they can. So i purchased what i thought the only set available. they did say 2-3 week wait time to get it in. I don’t mind the wait. the correct part number for the PDK models is 981-044-400-05
Sports Chassis - 20 Mm - With Pdk
For everyone else to see, i paid about $1400 with $56 shipping , So i should be expecting it soon unless you got what i think that last set sitting in germany ^^^ :-)

Hope I didn't steal your kit. I ordered the PDK version from Suncoast on 9/13. They gave me an ETA ship date of 11/12 so I was surprised to get the notice that it had shipped earlier this week on 10/4.

Well you played fair and ordered before i did, I’ll have to check with sonnen on that lol. I don’t mind the wait, the car is going threw some minor upgrades, and cosmetics improvements.

The X73 is going on the car today. Did you ever figure out if I got the last PDK one or not?

Well i called and checked, it seems like you did take my Kit! They didn’t give me a definite answer saying they see that i ordered the “last” remaining kit, but my order went from 2 weeks to the end of January !!! which is the wait time they gave you, or the wait time porsche will make some more . so no doubt you took that last set. he will email them on why wait 3 more months and ask about that “last” set sitting in germany. but lucky you , i think they located it and send it out to you , i’m not waiting 3 months . i’ll have to call back thursday to see their response and if they confirm it, then i’ll get some CoilOvers .....SummofA Gun. Lol
