Default Headlights Crackles

I have a Porsche Boxster 981, 2013, and this is the second pair of headlights installed by the local dealer under warranty, because with no advise, the headlight (both) begins from inside, to crackle or show some marks. I can't polish or do something, because the damage is from inside, and as we all know, the headlight are sealed. Someone knows the cause and how to repair, because the dealer do not know why this happens. Thanks to all.

That's crazy. Both the originals and the replacements are doing the same thing?

Same on mine, however, I think they are on the outside, under the UV protective sealant. I got most of them out by sanding and polishing down both lights. Not completely gone but much better.

Can you feel whether the cracks are internal or external? Have you applied any coating or film on them?

The cracks are internal, because you touch the lenses and you feel the smooth surface. Also, they don't have any coat or film on it.
