Reliable Carriers is well-known for shipping luxury cars successfully. I don't have any personal experience, but friends of mine do.

Intercity and Pilot Transport are my go to carriers.

Will you have someone to receive the car in case you don’t arrive at the same time?

Always had good luck with Reliable. Just have to wait sometimes for a truck to be going in your direction...

Reliable or Plycar. Both awesome, though Plycar will likely be cheaper. Reliable's pretty much the Rolls Royce of shippers.

Reliable and Pilot are who we use at work for shipping test vehicles all over the country. If your delivery point isn't along one of their frequent / standard routes you can expect it to take as much as a week for your car to get delivered. They'll pick up and drop off multiple cars along the way. Not enough profit on just one car to drive it straight through. I think it took 12 days to get 2 test vehicles from metro Detroit to Delta Junction, AK.

I have used uShip several times - they point you to specific carriers, you can read reviews/etc. I've been super happy with them - great price and have always had really good results. I've shipped 4 cars and a boat.

I've used Thomas Sunday with good results. Intercity, Reliable, Finest Carriers are all supposed to be good.

Shipped mine from AZ. Used National Express. (https://nxautotransport.com). Only company that got my car out of AZ fast and they were very reasonable. I called all the big guys (Reliable, etc) first but they were expensive and didn't have a truck coming from Chandler right away. The truck that got my vehicle was subcontracted and they were clear that it would be BUT I asked them for pictures of the truck and a copy of their insurance, which they gave me without hesitation. Went with them because of reviews. Quality was good.

I'm surprised to hear that actually because if you type "uship reviews" on Google it's pretty scary. I'll see if I try them out at least to get some pricing next time.

I just used Plycar to ship my Cayman from NY to the SF Bay Area, and I was really happy with the experience. They took great care of my car, and scheduling pickup and drop off of the car was pretty easy.

I tried to ship with Reliable last summer when I bought my Spyder, but Monterrey car week made it all but impossible. I ended up going with the vendor the Pcar dealer recommended in VA (Euro Classics Porsche), and they were excellent! That said, Reliable carriers would have been my choice if I could have had it shipped in a reasonable time frame.
