Default Anyone know how to remove this rear trim piece - Pic attached

I'm installing a rear camera and I think I need to remove this rear trim piece in order to route the wiring correctly. See pic below, I'm speaking of the black plastic piece that covers the rear latch. I currently removed the carpet piece that is directly below the plastic but I think it would be easier for me to see the insides if I could also remove the plastic.

Thanks....Vern

After watching some YouTube videos this morning, I have determined that I need to remove the rear bumper and then route my wiring thru the body. No need to remove that trim piece. I can use the existing rubber plug under the bumper cover that routes the license plate lights for my additional camera wiring.

This is actually a good thing because my bumper cover has broken plastic where it is bolted on next to the exhaust tips. I can repair this at the same time.
