That looks great, where did you find the black badges? My silver one on the trunk is starting to peel. Would love to copy this mod.

Suncoast. Bit pricy but having a new set of badges makes the job a lot easier.

I like it, but I don’t like it.
I’m thinking the small ducktail of the Spyder would give it the perfect look. Are you thinking of tackling that project?

Huge props for the quality of work!

Funny you mentioned the ducktail. I was thinking the same thing. I'll see how that goes.

Ordered the Spyder ducktail spoiler.... That should complete the new look.

I didn't like the way the rear bumper of the 981 Base and S looked in the stock form. I thought it looked huge and made the car look bigger than it actually is. I then noticed that the Spyder didn't look like that. The Spyder's rear looks well balanced and the bumper doesn't look too big. I ended up copying the Spyder's rear with the badges on the bumper and now the ducktail spoiler. I think I succeeded to make the rear bumper look smaller. Here is the transformation of my 981's rear:

Bone stock.

GTS tail lights installed.

The badges relocated.

Ducktail spoiler installed.
