Looking for help. 2014 Boxster S. 15k Miles. I am a new first time Porsche owner. When backing out of my garage the sensors on the right side alert me that I’m fairly close to the garage door jam, which is normal, but now when I back out and put it into drive the PCM screen stays showing the parking sensor stuff.

To get it to go away and go back to the normal screen radio etc. I have to put into park before going to drive.
This really happens anytime I go into reverse and it activates any of the parking alert sensors.

Has anyone experienced this or do you have any direction for me? It is driving me nuts to back out and then not have any screen controls until I put it back into park and then into drive.
