Congrats on the new Spyder!!

Definitely post up some impressions after you’ve had some time behind the wheel.

Enjoy in good health.

Well, took wife down PCH to Fashion Island to get a wedding gift for a friend and then up to mozza for dinner and back home. She approves.

So as a PCH cruiser, its good! :-) Right up there with my 89 carrera.

Likely will do a run up Ortega early Sunday for breakfast with a buddy up at the top in Elsinore and back.

Hmm.... so where does this fit in my car categories:
Track toys: GT3RS + 964
Wine country: Spyder
PCH cruiser: Spyder + 89 carrera
canyon runs: all, depending on mood
daily: cayenne

I’ll send you a PM next time we do a Spyder canyon run to Palomar and surroundings. I think you’ll find the Spyder ranks very high for canyon runs.

Seems priced quite high for the mileage, no? Original MSRP of $87k.

I think I remember seeing this for sale locally for somewhere around $85K. Coto de Caza area, if memory serves me. I could be wrong.

OT: Mozza is overrated. Settebello in Newport Coast has better food even if the service is marginal. Carry on. Nice car.

most restaurants in OC suck if I'm honest about it, we usually go to LA for real food. It was convenient and on the way up, and we walked right in. Not a destination.

Wow I really love the Spyder. I would have considered one but they are so far out of my price range. I "settled "for an R. Haha.

LOL life has its dilemmas .

BTW is that Rhodium Silver? My BGTS is Rhodi along with my Macan. Now all we have to do is get you to dump the Cayenne for a Macan GTS.

Congratulations on getting your Spyder. I applaud your color choice. The Spyder is a great car for drives, etc. I even go to the grocery store with it and take the long way home.

Looks like MileHigh has had a change of heart! Wonder what he's onto next.
