I am a huge fan of JB Weld Marine Epoxy for almost anything. Hard to understand your exact application, but I used it to glue the seat back that fell off on my Cayenne after trying several other options. This is a plastic-to-textured plastic bond that is under a decent amount of pressure and is notorious for failing. Worked like a champ in the TX heat for years - never failed again. Prep is key.
