Is it possible to have a dealer program a complete alarm disable? I have an aftermarket steering wheel without airbag but have had zero issues since install 6 mo ago. But recently, I'm starting to have random horn triggers (solid on like alarm) on my 987.2. No water leaks, new (lithium) battery. I disconnected the alarm horn and STILL get some horn triggers. The standard horn requires a ground to sound (that's all that happens with stock horns, you ground the circuit). So I suppose it could be a bad wire somewhere. But regardless I've been reading alarm threads and see that it is a pretty common issue so thought I'd just deal with it now. Can the alarm be programmed off? What about Durametric Pro? I have the standard, which isn't as useful as I'd thought. This would justify upgrading.
