Beautiful car but the lines show much better in GT Silver. I'm one that prefers no buckets, too hard to get in and out of and the 18 ways hold me very well.

+1 on 18 ways, I love them. Would never imagine wanting buckets. For resale I guess... but still, would imagine adding the 18 ways separately and keeping the buckets in storage wouldn't be worth it.

Do not get me wrong, buckets look cool as hell! And part of me likes the idea of them.

Super nice Gen 1 find. Low miles, looks in GREAT shape.

Buckets vs Sofas? I've had both. For a daily driver? No question 18-way Sports with heat (like this car) are the way to go. The buckets have a whole "injection sequence" that is a pain for the daily but for a couple of romps a week there is nothing like them. Two summers ago I drove 10 hours in them with a couple of gas breaks. Fantastic support, at least for my 5' 10" frame. And they are feakin' cool.

Hope someone snaps this car up!

Only things I'd do to it is change the steering wheel to the alcantara Sport Design and eventually add better rubber. Did the former on my '11 Spyder. Should be due for a serpentine belt based on time, not mileage.

Wow. Pretty strong bids for sofa seats and no DME scan.
Good for the seller!

I have buckets in everything I own; all coupes. After owning an open top 981 spyder I don't get the fixation with buckets on a convertible that will never see a track. I'd gladly trade my buckets on my 981 for heated sofas. Would save my eyeballs from drying out running the heat full blast with top down on a cold day

Sold for $58k which is right in line with the market for these. And to think, nobody wanted them in 2011

This doesn't surprise me at all. What's more incredible is that they're not selling for over MRSP. IMO there is no reason why this brilliant car is not selling for multiples similar to the 981 Spyder.

Wow. That is beautiful. And perfectly optioned.

Question - in England when you speak of miles, as in "4600 recorded miles", does this mean Kms as in the metric system or are they true North American miles? In Canada here we're metric and refer to Kms. Tx.

Yes its a cracker . If i hadnt found my red one , i would have probably gone for it . 911V are one of the best UK dealers so im sure it will be as described .
