Default "Boxster S" badge to "981 S" badge

Has anyone replaced the "Boxster S" badge with the "981 S" badge in the rear? If so, I would like to see a pic, please. I feel the rear deck is too busy with the "PORSCHE" badge and the "Boxster S" (or whatever your model may be) badge crammed all together. On the other hand, I'm not a fan of the debadged look. I think the "PORSCHE" badge with the"981 S" badge may strike a good balance.

I agree that both is too busy - I left just “Porsche”. Maybe just add an “S” if you needed an additional touch?

This is all I have. Can you get matching-font “981S” letters for the trunk of the car?

Yes. Suncoast sells the "981" badge and you can reuse the "S" from the original badge or buy a red or black one.

A Cayman owner in this forum did this mod to his 2015 Base Cayman. I think it looks very good. I want to see how it looks with the "S" if I can.

^ I think it would flow better if the 981 was spaced out like the PORSCHE.
