Default HELP! Will these wheels work on my 2014 981 Boxster?

I found some wheels and tires that I want to buy from a fellow PCA member that he took off his 2001 996 Carrera 2S. I have searched everywhere, and can't find out if they'll fit my 2014 Boxster. They are 20x8.5 JJ on 235/30 zr20 front, and 20x11 J on 295/25 zr20. The offsets are 57mm for rear wheels and 41mm on front wheels. I'm praying that they'll work, because these are the style I really like, but I don't know anything about offset, etc. I'd like to find out for sure before I purchase them. Thank you all in advance.

I looked at that website earlier, and I can't really understand it. When I pulled up his 996 on there, it doesn't even list 20" wheels in any configuration that fit his car, so I just kinda quit looking.

The greater the offset, the closer the wheel will be to the brakes. If a wheel you want has greater offset than your spec, you will be able to make an adjustment by adding a spacer. However, if it has less offset than you need, there will be no remedy. The front wheel with ET40 will stick out way too much.

If the wheels you want are already off the car, you may want to ask the seller if you could test fit them.

The wheels and tires are in Miami. That's a LONG way from me in Louisiana. LOL. I'll try to post pics of the wheels on his car and the wording from his ad.

This is what the calculator told me about my stock 19" Boxster S wheels and tires versus the ones I want to buy. It's like reading a different language when I try to think about if they'll hit suspension, brakes, rub, or stick out of the fenders. My brain is like Jello right now. LOL.
