Default Product review: short shift and numeric shifter cables

The dudes at Porsche Oakville installed my short shift and numeric shift cables for me today.

My spyder had neither and the shifting was particularly lacking. Vague and rubbery. Nothing like my 981 spyder which is the best shifter feel and actuation I've experienced in my life.

I can highly recommend this mod. Shifting is noticeably shorter, way less slack and not nearly as notchy as I thought it might be. Not quite as good as the GT4 or 981 spyder, but really good.

I have nothing (of Porsche) to compare it with, but I love, love, love the factory installed short shift on my 987.1.
