Gorgeous looking car, but it's so heavy and no trunk space.

All true. The 2.0 is some 115 lbs lighter than the V6 and it is noticeable. Still a heavy car despite the use of aluminium. The trunk can hold two golf bags which suits me just fine.

There are a few companies already preparing aftermarket exhausts which will no doubt enhance the sound experience.
IMHO, that car is far too heavy to be adequately powered by a measly 2.0 turbo 4 banger. You'd be wanting more way too often. Better to have power and not use it than not have it and wish you did.

A similarly powered 718 Cayman (3,140 pounds as-tested) undercut this Jaguar by an unbelievable 461 pounds

Whenever we catch ourselves complaining about a bit of road noise or an occasional rattle, we need to come back to this point to remember what's important. You can turn a great sports car into a GT luxobarge by adding heavyweight damping, insulation and interior treatments, but it's a one-way ride.
