We could always use Rennlist as the medium since many are on here and they don't require you connecting with old high school acquaintenances that you haven't seen or heard from in decades.

Yes sure, but so much functionality is lost. You know you can subscribe to FB and stay private and only use it for private clubs and events such as this right? Shared photo albums, updating map links, notifications, ability to make reservations and collect funds, coordination of roles etc... all in one place. nobody needs to know

Maybe I'm a dinosaur, but I've never been on FB, and I'm proud of it... I already spend way too much time on rennlist!!!!

CAlexio... I didn't want to come off sounding harsh with my last post, not my intention. Thanks for the suggestions.

Everyone, my original post suggested planning something a year away so we could truly plan everything right and people could plan accordingly.

Some stated they couldn't do September... Were you thinking September this year or next?

As for platform... no matter which one we use, there will be issues one way or another. We can determine that later. In the meantime if everyone is ok with it, PM me your email address... I will create a distribution list for now until we land on a official platform. I want to keep info transparent (open communication between everyone), yet controlled (limited to actual Spyder owners). Hopefully this isn't like herding cats.

I was thinking this September, but next year ok too. What about an in-between and we do a springtime run?... 6+ months should be ample planning time no?

In case this is happening to others, there was a problem with my private messaging section and it showed I had 1 of 0 allowed PMs. I had to email RL admin to get it fixed before I could send PM.
