Default White Mist from tailpipe

Sometimes when I start my 2008 Porsche Boxster 987 (37,044 miles) white mist will initially be expelled from the exhaust pipe for about 10 seconds, then it disappears. The engine was tuned 6,000 miles ago with new cabin and air filters. A full tune-up. Car runs great. This happens most often in the garage when starting up, or at work at the end of the day. Combined it happens about 10% of the time. Any idea what this could be? Thanks

What's the weather like? High humidity combined with cooler air? Water vapour from engine combustion?

What's it smell like? If pretty odorless then just water vapor - not to worry. If I start my 07 Cayman a couple times without driving it far (like when I pull it out/in garage for some reason) excess starting enrichment fuel gets burned off in a white cloud, but it has a very sharp odor; this, too, is expected behavior. More serious would be oil or coolant, but they would smell/look a bit different and probably happen every time.

For peace of mind keep an eye on the coolant and oil levels, if neither drop drive with confidence.

I get that too. Always have. Nothing to worry about... I assume.

Condensate. Perfectly normal. Don't worry about it.

Much appreciation! It does not smell so I think that it is condensation. Oil, coolant is ok. I think everyone indicates it is normal... and "Billwot" summed it up nicely, "Condensate. Perfectly normal. Don't worry about it".
