Given the disappointing 718 sales in the US for 2017, it appears that many may have misgivings with the 718. I suppose that there aren't too many buyers who are willing to pay $80k+ for a 4 Cylinder Boxster S, regardless of the HP. OTOH maybe the 4 cylinder 718 will be replaced by an Electric car in the not too distant future.
And NOBODY will like that sound!
