Great account of the Parade! Thanks for the write up.

Nice to see two Spyders featured in the Convention Center.

I'm a fan of the GT4 stripe kit, but still on the fence whether I'd apply the short bit that goes on the front bumper, which apparently is tough to align properly during install.

Added the Tequipment 981 Stripes yesterday. Did the install myself. Decided to mount them lower than everyone else has. I did it similar to the 987.2 Spyder placement, where the gap at from the bottom of the door edge and the bottom stripe is the same width as the stripe. This allows the front decal to be aligned better to the bottom of the front air intake. Used a laser lever to get them aligned perfectly.

Noticed most people are mounting them up higher like this:

That looks really good... it's a tougher job than one would think initially eh? Smart using the laser level

I like it, it helps break up the large side door.

I would personally never attempt this, I just don't have the patience! Nice job!

Yeah... I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube before. Laser was a must for me... more for personal piece of mind.

Thanks Man... Definitely requires patience, but I'm glad I did it myself as I wanted them a specific way.

^^^^ +1 ! The stripes really add something to this color. They look great on any color, but in this case the difference is pronounced. Great job

Porsche Beaverton / Sunset Porsche invited me to display my Spyder for their new building grand opening celebration last night. Amazing collection of Porsches on display. The new building is awesome! Glad I could participate! There were 4 Spyders, 4 918 Spyders, 4 911Rs and many more rare Porsches.

Definitely a great turn out of amazing cars! It had to feel cool to be in such esteemed company

What was the color of the fourth 981 Spyder? I saw yours, a yellow and a blue.

With 8 Spyders total, Spyder Nation was out in full force!

There was a White 987.2 Spyder in the outer lot which I missed.
Spyders in full force indeed!

Nice work ...lower looks more appropriate positioned.

Mine was there too - had to park a couple blocks away though!
Place was crazy busy last night.
