Thought I'd see if the vast Rennlist network could help. I've looked at all the obvious places, but you never know what might be hiding out there.

I'd like to find either a Cayman R or GTS. A CPO car would be a bonus. Added track bits also appreciated. Still want it street legal though.

Must have Cayman R:
- PDK
- sport chrono (at least the software)
- sport bucket seats
- A/C (yes, I'm a wimp)

Must have Cayman GTS:
- PDK
- PTV
- Sport suspension

I traded in my GTS that had all those options to a local dealer when I picked up the GT4. They just CPO'd it and put on a set of new tires. I'll pm you the details.

try auto palace in pittsburgh, my friend traded a GTS loaded to get GT4 and it only had 4k miles and I think they have another one that I saw in their parking lot couple of weeks ago

Did you search for CPO'd cars using the pre-owned search at porsche.com? I found my CPO Cayman R that way (at a local dealer, ironically)

I did. Not many CR's listed. A GTS with the options I want is also hard to find.

bill, check the PCA site, there was an R that is exactly as you described, PDK, with track parts, perfect condition, 52k I think...

That one is just down the road. No PTV. I'd really like the LSD it comes with. (to any DEA agents reading this - it's not what you think!)

Damn it... I've got a perfect track car for you with all the track bits you want except its 6 speed. No one is interested so I'm gonna turn it into my dealership when I pick up my GT4 next month. They are probably gonna mark it up and sell it for way more than I'm asking for...

Exactly - everyone likes to spout off on the internet about how wonderful their car is on a track. Yet no one wants to buy one that was actually used on a track. WTF??
