The more I look at the bottom photo, the more I'm convinced that it has been touched up. Look carefully at the left side of the rear window. The dark band just inside the window doesn't follow what the window shape would be, it follows the slope of the "buttress". And I don't think it's a shadow. Yeah, I think this is a phony. Close, but still not THE coupe....

If the wheels are consistent with the 997, then the red one is the base boxster and the gray one is the S which may explain the additional side fins.
I like them both. Make me a light weight version with 300 hp, no sunroof and I'm in.

As one who is very excited at the prospect of a coupe, I'm pretty keen on these two shots. The view from the rear does for some reason make me think Chrysler Crossfire though. However, as I've always found that the "spy" shots look only about 60% as nice as the actual final car, I would say it is very promising!
Roof line looks on the low side - hope it is OK for taller drivers.
Thanks!

Just had a good look at this in Photoshop. The biggest giveaways are the wheel crests which have ‘spun off' centre. The wheels themselves are cut & paste. The US bumpers round the number plate are crudely stuck on. There is an odd reflection of the mirror in the door panel. The fins are suspect as are the front indicators. There are probably more!
Apart from all that it looks great!?

The new issue of Excellence magazine has some "spy photos" of the Boxster coupe. It's covered with the usual camoflage tape, but looks fairly similar to these Photoshops.

It looks like a Chrysler Crossfire from the rear end.

Three Wheelin'
from what ive heard is should be about the same, I called PCNA, and they guy i spoke to figured that the there should be some performance improvements over the roadster, but since its NOT a convertible the price should even out.
Said it would have about 300 hp
