Default tech help needed: 987.2 Cayman R:

My well-sorted/track prepped 2012 987.2 Cayman R has a new anomaly that defies explanation... the fuel pump will not cut-off. At all. Engine off/key out/all systems shut down, and the fuel pump runs constantly, until the battery dies. Currently managing this by literally opening hood and disconnecting battery. Being serviced at L2/ACI Motorsports next to Road Atlanta. We've swapped FP relays, and FP signal module, and the problem persists. Obviously, it's getting some voltage without being switched. Does this sound familiar to anyone? TIA.

Have you traced voltage from the FP back? Somewhere in that chain you'll find the source (maybe the ECU itself).

Probably best to start testing wiring and relays with a meter. Pulling the fuse should be easier then disconnecting the battery.
