Default WTB: 20" 981 wheels

Hi,

I am looking for a set of 981 wheels and preferably tires. Must be willing to ship. There was a set of local Carrera Classics in 20" for $1100 with tires, but someone grabbed them before I could drive 3 hours to pick them up. I am not looking to spend a ton; the wheels don't have to be flawless, just clean.

Send me a PM if you have something please!

There's your xmas present to yourself, my favorite wheels are HRE with Michelin rubber at that price, it's a steal.

Those are very nice!

As someone lightly shopping for (factory) wheels I'd offer a few suggestions for your ad: Wheel sizes, offsets, and tire sizes.

Good advice, thank you. I also have 1 front and one rear factory take offs from my Boxster. Similar miles and condition. Pm if you have an interest

Those are sharp too.

I just got my BGTS (picked my username when I thought I was going to get a Cayman S) and it is just cold enough here that it's probably not the best idea to drive summer tires. Was hoping to get an extra set of wheels and some all-season tires for the 3-4 months I'd need them. Would have to figure out what tire sizes would work though. I don't think there are any 235/35R20 or 265/35R20 in winter or all-season tires.

I’d be willing to sell the wheels separate. Pm me with questions
