If you don't need to sell it for financial reasons, then keep it. You only "need" to wash and wax it when it is dirty, and it won't get dirty on dry pavement days--and you can pick and choose the days you drive. Also, pick up some microfiber towels and a bottle of waterless wash and wax (like from Chemical Guys via amazon) and then you can wash the car in your garage in 10 minutes.
