My PSE sound also increased but stopped changing around 7000 miles.
I'm at 15,000 miles on my Spyder. Last year I piled on a bunch of miles exploring SoCal roads, but this year my driving has been split between the Targa so less miles.

38,000+ miles on my first 987 Spyder, much of those miles on the track.
20,770 miles on my second 987 Spyder, though I bought it with 19,9XX miles. Hadn't driven it until recently while it was getting a slow make-over.

Just over 7600 miles on mine, purchased the car a few years ago with just over 4200 miles on it. Driving the car home from Pennsylavania to Kansas was a blast and I've been looking forward to taking it on a cross country drive but life (work and health) keep interfering. I'm hoping 2018 sees me finally hit 5 digits on the odometer.
There's nothing sadder to me that a 987.2 gen Spyder with low miles, these cars were intended to be driven.

550 miles in three weeks (weekends of ownership). Weekend car, so it'll probably get about 3-4k a year put on it at most.

I purchased my 981 Spyder in February 2016 and by January 2017 had put 14,665 miles on her. Living in West Texas has some advantages such as top down weather at least a part of every month of the year. Taking the Spyder to the Atlanta PEC and on up to the "Dragon" and then to Treffen Lake Tahoe in 2016 accounted for many of these miles. Today the odometer shows 17,223 miles which calculates as only 2558 in 2017. Looking forward to many more drives!
