Default 987.1 Boxster Base Camshaft Sensor Replacement (DIY?)

An ECU scan shows the need to replace a camshaft position sensor. Is this something that is easily done at home or is it worth paying a professional? Any information would certainly be appreciated!

You might look at Pelican Parts Boxster tech articles for camshaft position sensor info.
