Hi folks need a little help,I'M A new 987 BoXa owner just replaced my battery which was knackered with a new one,i followed the user manual on resetting the windows fully close then another press up fully down then another press down,tried holding for 10 secs.5 secs, no luck the window will only go up about 3/4 of the way.



When i put the top down they go back up ok, then when i try to close the top they drop back to 3/4 again and refuse to go fully up,even if i press the lock on the remote then only go up to 3/4 help rain is coming don't know what to do......windows were fine until i put the new battery in FS.......

I don't know about the 987 but on my 718 the dealer showed me:
Press down until fully down. Release. Press down and hold for 10 sec.
Press up until fully up. Release. Press up and hold for 10 sec.

This worked after a battery disconnect.

Something similar happened to me when the battery died on my Spyder and if I remember correctly I had to disconnect and reconnect the battery since I didn't do the window setting correctly the first time. Might be worth a shot.

thx for the replies folks tried resetting multiple times even disconnecting the battery again no luck,only way the windows go up fully is when the roof is down however once you close the roof they drop to 3/4 again,i had to disconnect the battery then put them up and quickly disconnect the battery trouble is once reconnected it all starts again......
