Default Who has softened up settings on their DSC

The sports setting is fine but the normal setting is harsh for the roads around here which have broken pavement. I talked to Tom (( Great guy )at DSC he recommended softening up both compression and rebound by 5%. I'm not tech savvy enough to attempt to do it myself so I'll probably have to send it back for re-programming. My question is it worthwhile? How noticeable is the difference? Thanks carl

Good chatting you. What I was suggesting over the phone was to change the Default Rate in Normal Mode from 10% to 5%. See screenshot below circled in red. This should be noticeably softer than 10%, and won't be too soft.

We started shipping April orders yesterday. We should be caught up to May orders and have V3 controllers in stock this coming week. Made in USA.
