TPMS Compatibility 981S to 718S

Does anyone know if the tire pressure monitors on a 19 inch winter tire and wheel set for a 2014 Boxster S will be compatible with a 2018 718 Cayman S? My dealer didn’t know if the monitor frequencies would be the same or not.
