Default What are these called?
Referring to the 4 metal brackets with the U-shaped ends on them which are essentially the floor mat retainer bracket thingies.

And any idea where I can get a set?

How does the U part connect to the seat rails?

Same bolts that fasten the seat rails to the floor.
