Sweet, is there any adhesive to buy, or just pull out old and slide in new?

I used some 3m trim adhesive on certain areas of mine. Mostly the rocker panel trim gaskets and the ones on the front bumper. Don't think I used much on the rear gasket.

You will have to remove rear bumper.

Is the rear bumper a pain to remove, do you have to remove the front, too.
I can't wait to get the car...other than that, it's in sweet shape.
thanks for the input

It is pretty easy, you need to remove the tail lights, and loosen a few bolts in there that have a wedge that acts like a lip.

Yes front too. A fair amount of screws and bolts but not hard. Your supposed to staple the new gaskets on the front bumper. I used staples and some 3m trim adhesive. There is a Rennlist post that i found where some guy was doing it to his 993, i used that for guidance, it's pretty similar to our front end.
