Pricey, but other than costing $65 plus $15 shipping, it will probably save you money in the long run.

I am not sure on the part number but it should be an oval head screw #8 (.164" or about 4.16mm) x 20mm. The end is blunt, probably to prevent punching a hole through objects inside the console (wires/cubby box and such).

The washer is 18mm OD 6.6mm ID and 1.6mm thick.
