Default 968 turbo gt3 race car

I am posting this to see if there is any interest in my 968 race car. I have been out of the racing scene for a few years with the anticipation of returning but it doesn't look like that will be happening soon.
It is a highly modified turbo originally built to run the Rolex 24 Hours at Daytona.

I still have the car. Its ready for its next home if anyone is interested. I have a few, too many projects in the works. This car deserves to be on the track doing what it was built for. Its race ready.

I am open to offers.

Can you tell me more about the car, who built it, why that motor and not a 3.0L motor? I'm in Australia, have a half finished 968 project someone else started and abandoned. I'm in the US from tomorrow, a week in Texas, then NYC for the weekend then DC area for a few days before heading to Road Atlanta for the 28/29 weekend, then Germany then home. I'm wondering if it's worth having a look .. did IvanA built the car/motor? I also have a 944S2, and a 944TurboS, both track cars. I can supply my email if you like. Cheers.

We made the motor a 2.6l so the car would race in PCA race series in GT3 The rules dictate the power to weight ratio and we are right at the limit for that class. If we built a 3l we would of moved up to GT2 where we wouldn't of been competitive. The car originally had a factory 3l turbo that we removed. and has since been sold. Ivan from IMA built the motor and did the Motec system. Your welcome to take a look. In in NJ. Send me your email. I don't get on the forum much haven't been on in weeks, just happened to pop on last night and saw your post.
