I too had read 2nd hand, that if you just plop the lights in from a 993 they won't look right, from the lens perspective, as well as if you don't raise the hump on the fender, they won't aim or can't adjust enough.

I am sure there are folks that have been around a while going, here we go again, been there and discussed!

The guts in the 968 roadster look like a 993 assembly with the covers being a custom job.

Also I doubt the even work, and are just for show. Probably no engine in that car either.

During my recent road trip (
), I once again went by our favorite museum and finaly saw the CS convertible in the flesh. The car clearly doesn't have the M030 package, only the red wheels and bucket seats. The chassis number is that of a 1992 car (so not a specific CS chassis number). So this car was produced befor the CS coupe went on sale.

I found this picture on the internet anyone know anything about this car/lights?
They look pretty darn similar to the blue car on page 1.
