Geez, in that case how 'bout comping my room. Just received e from Phil Mullen. He is apparently about an hour away for a few days. Gonna try to meet up with him.

Unlike some people I know, I don't have a garage full of 968"s 
Phil would have to drive the Cayman, and its not as good a car for road trips.

The Mendocino forecast for the Gathering weekend shows highs in the upper 60's. Anyone who will be suffering through a hot week ought to head up there for a nice respite. This weekend in San Jose CA is forecasted at 97 so that is really hot for the Bay Area. Here in my part of AZ it's going to top out at 100! Can only imagine how hot it's going to be driving through some of the more scenic parts of CA on our way over, places like Barstow are going to be 111 when we drive through! Better re-check my car's A/C!
