Beautiful color. I wish I could still go buy a new one like this.

Reached out to the seller. She is selling for a neighbor whose wife says the car has to go.
The good - cheap and i think you may be able to get a couple grand more off.
The bad - seller is a bit aloof, slow to respond. And I am pretty sure the mileage is wrong as running a report on vehiclehistoy.com shows a discrepancy.

This looks like a nice car with under 75k miles in the $5k range for someone looking for a cab

If it even drives it'd be a steal.

Hood was rough, no service records, but car did drive - at least that is what the sales guy said. But awesome price assuming no major issues.

For what it's worth, if a complete running not trashed all to heck 968 is being offered that cheap don't PPI; BUY!! You can have it inspected later and if you don't like it, you can sell it and get your money back. 5 large is salvage value!

I did a Carfax and it was serviced many many times at a Porsche dealer and all their services and repairs were on the Carfax. That's good enough records for me.

Sometimes the cautious buyer will lose a car. If the deal is this good, you are already covered for anything that shows up. That car was easily $10k below value. For $10k more, you could turn it into a cream puff which would be worth much more.

Yeah, I bought mine sight unseen with only 3 tiny pictures of the exterior and no inspection because the price was good enough that if it was drive-able I'd at least be even money at worst case. I was hoping I wouldn't spook the seller by just offering to overnight a cashiers check after texting back and forth a few times then trailering it back a couple days later but it was very much worth it despite the extra bit of stress.

One of the Mint green coupes came up for sale on Craigslist about a year and a half ago for $13k. It sold, site unseen, in an hour and I called about 90 minutes after it went up and missed it. It now resides in a collection in NJ. So when the matador came up for sale i jumped right on it. i was talking to the seller within an hour and closed the deal. Gotta move fast.
