Thanx. I know Horizon Blue. Arash has a coupe that color with nearly 300 k on it. I just can't tell from the foto what the color is. Thought it might be gray too. Trying to talk Arash into making his into a Plastidip art car.

On that yellow cabrio on Ebay there are side marker lights on the front fenders. Are those aftermarket or what are they?

I saw the SY car about 10 minutes ago. Fake side markers applied with a tab of two sided tape. They are real euro markers. They come in amber, red, clear, smoke gray, blue tint. Apparently they are a euro version of what we do to tail lights we don't like.
What about the M3 style badge on the back?
And then there is the license plate frame with the wrong # of cabrios on it. Always, always have your 968 registry handbook handy when making a license plate frame. Always!

Go with "1 of 10" next time, even more impressive!

How about "BIN S38K" for a personal plate?

Anyone know anything about this car?

http://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/5916418898.html

Nonspecific claim of a warranty, no interior pictures, dealership that doesn't inspire confidence... The ad has been reposted a few times over the last couple months, too. I know it's not exactly low miles, but my instinct is something has to be off, even if it's just the classic CL trope of someone listing the incorrect transmission type, owing to carelessness or maybe being deliberately misleading in attempt to gain more interest.

If everything checks out, the outside looks reasonably well kept, and it's nice to see a manual hardtop for low 5 figures.

Could be, hard to tell. The front bumpers tend to deform over the yrs. Also the hood has height adjustment tabs. Could be something simple.

Yea really nice. I do hope cars in that condition really start going for the high $20's.

Very nice, note the larger, sharp edged rear emblem is still there along with the recessed hood. Super early car. #49 of 2,234

They already are. It's a double edge sword. As cars become more valuable, less and less people drive them. Look at the 964's and 993's. Well maintained, clean 968 are still relatively rare. They dipped so far down at one point that many ended up in the wrong hands and went neglected.
