Not mine, don't know the car or the owner.

Don't know anything about the car but that one has been on and off ebay a few times now. Presumably it has missed the reserve each time.

Not that this means anything or is noteworthy but the 3 on the windshield usually means the car was at the Porsche Parade and is owned by either a national officer (probably secretary) or a Parade Manager (probably registrar).
