To be honest with you I dont have nothing against V8 LS swaps, to me they are like the special ED of the 951, the LS swaps are for those who don't know crap about properly tuning a turbocharged engine, let me put it into context LS swaps are an option for those who failed to extract power and reliability from the 951 platform, just like Jenner, Bruce just had his LS swap

Lart, when you are posting about a transgender has-been late into the night, one wonders what you are hoping to dream about.

Speaking of nip and tuck jobs, Allen stopped by tonight for my favorite late night fun. We fab'd up some ducting or lower radiator shrouding as a temporary gap filler between the valance and the radiator. It's still hot in SoCal and Allen is still out hunting ricers and supercars...

Used a 12" x 24" sheet of 26 ga. galvanized to bridge the gap below the radiator and a smaller piece on the side. Doesn't show well in the photos. The green pen marks was from me trying to blindly find the holes in the sheeting to mark where to drill in the cross-member.

nicely done. posted on the slag thread.

since the car is terrorizing nearly everything on the PCH but the super exotics, i'd say

we should let the now rotting roast die a natural death.

also, with that pic, i can't figure out what you did.... and i was there.

i get it now. 2 pics.

the car seems to be running cooler.

but she'll be put to the test in the next few minutes as i head to the Lake Elsinore/Perris gold district

and GPX4500 in tow.... in search of gold.

LOL. Ya, I can't tell what I did either by looking at the photos.

Was up half the night thinking you should take that beast up to Rennsport Reunion in Monterey this week. Just park it in the corral with the hood up and watch the storm evolve from outrage to intrigue.

Not a good idea, if I was there and happened to see the bastard 968, as discreetly as possible I would unzip my zipper down and graciously urinated on the LS engine. which actually will make the engine block stronger according to this

someone pm'd and asked,

why all the vitriol against v8s?

to which i replied,

"embrace the haight,
AND GO V-EIGHT."

but, actually, it's just Lart being Lart.

he wouldn't really do all these terrible things..... not even to a bastardized 968.
