So, I'm researching the ROW 968s for the new register website. As far as what makes up a ROW 968 I came up with the following:

Side marker lens on fender
No front or rear bumperettes
Kilo speedo
Rear seats on a cab
Headlight height adjuster on console
No airbags????
Steering wheel on right side on British models
Something different with the taillight lens?

Any other differences?

The 3 ROW cars that I have been able to give a close inspection all had a small badges riveted to the passenger side wheel well inside the engine compartment. 2 of those cars were CS versions and the other was a factory Turbo S, converted to RS. The US delivery versions have the 2 rivet holes there but no badge.

British, Aussie, NZL, Singapore, Malaysia, sometimes Japan have righthand drive cars. Japanese cars have clear reverse light segments in the tail light assembly. It's unique to Japanese delivered cars AFAIK. I have a Japanese delivered LHD car in my drive.

-it does have ABS

where should that adjuster be on the console?

Does this indicate a difference in headlight lenses as well?

Not for the adjustment part.
There is of course a difference in LHD and RHD lenses.

Btw I own a ex Japanese 968.
For driving in the Netherlands I had to buy new headlights.

Great, I never heard of the french yellow fog lights! They must be listed in PET. I'll have to look.

You won't find them Jeff. Our version of the Katalog doesn't give us access to the part numbers for ROW specific items.

For example, the Euro cars have rear fog lamps - we don't. If you look in the Katalog illustration # 903 - 00 you will see a switch with a reference number of 5. If you look for it in the text there is no description for 5. It is the rear fog lamp switch which they will not offer us the part number for.

I'm told I have the ROW version of Pet. I went to order new front bumperettes (yes, I know, I'm sick) and the part number was not in my catalog.
