Great question which I don't know the answer to. the recessed hood I can understand as they did it with steal and maybe were having production issues but the plastic trim? How much could that have cost?

surprisingly light but don't have exact numbers. The OZ's with rubber feel slightly lighter than my stock 16's with rubber and that says a lot. i'll measure with tires when i test fit the spacers.

Thanks od - this site definitely seems to be the best resource for online information of these cars. On a side note, do you know if Deutsch Nine is still in business? I contacted them a few weeks back via PM and haven't heard back.

BTW, ordered some 14mm spacers for front and rear!

Congrats on your new set of wheels, look in pretty good shape for a 93.How many miles on it? Like Jeff mention true CDN cars came with headligth washers, mine his a true CDN but I really didn't like those produding washer noozles who kind of look odd on the bumper so I shave them & at the same time I did install a set of Euro signals ligths disgarding the rubber bumperetts.More pics of your car interior & engine bay will be appreciate if you could.Take care. (pics off before & after)
you've got PM!

I purchased from Sunset Porsche in Oregon - they were super responsive, knowledgeable and easy to deal with.

Check PM.

Thanks ECS!!

So my baby is going in tomorrow for the following work:
> dial down front coilovers slightly, check and adjust alignment accordingly
> front/rear brake rotors + pads + stainless brake lines + flush
> coolant flush
> front/rear spacers
> install left/right motor mounts
> install new starter
> install club sport steering wheel

Wish there was budget for the complete elephant racing bushing/monoball treatment but it'll have to wait for next time unfortunately. When i get her back I've got wipers, Hella H4 head lamps, fogs and turn signals to install.

She's almost proper!
