Selling the 968 tomorrow
I've been thinking and talking about this for some time, finally pulled the trigger and the car will be going to a very good friend tomorrow. She's been in my garage since May of 2005 and I've only put around 50K miles on her. The new owner is a long term 944 owner and will take care of her. She will be missed :crying:

Sorry to hear about the loss, but glad about the good home.
Good luck to both you and the new owner. |
Sorry you had to let her go but at least it's going to a good home.

what a blow.
sad weekend on RL. |
Don't worry, I still have the LS-powered 944 and will likely have another P-car in the garage within a year; looking for the perfect replacement
Seems hard to believe that just a few years ago there were 4 968 engines in my garage and more parts than I could shake a stick at. I've gotten rid of 90% of the parts and now the car will go as well. I'm still holding on to anything that can be used on the race car. |
surprised you didn't want to convert it to an LS car.
all we know, it's the best supercar for the money besides a Vette. |
sorry to hear! im sure we've all had the back and forth decisions on what to do with our toys... i love the 968 but couldn't swing more than one toy car right now... one day that'll mean that something has to give... might be 10 years off... might be within the year...

Sorry to see her go. I am sure she is in good hands and will be appreciated as is.
