Deciding on Color Choice for 968 Repaint
 

I'm still pondering a complete color change for my 968 project. Strange inspiration but I was wondering if the blue M&Ms are Riviera Blue? Maybe Mexico Blue? What about the green ones? Are they Viper Green? The Orange ones?
Thoughts?

stuck between Monterrey Blue (Lamborghini) and Aqua Blue (Porsche). :)

Porsche Blood Orange; one was done so.

I've got a gray interior...

definitely near the top of my list.

but i would never want to do a color that's rare.

but i still think McQueen's Blue is fair game since no 968 has ever been done in that color. :p

I love orange. This special order euro 968 cab in continental orange is awesome.

Put all the M&Ms in a pot and melt them on stove. The resulting color should be perfect.

Jeff - euro? Aren't those tail lamps typically seen on Japanese only?

Is there an orange car in the US? It would likey be a repaint, but I guess that a special order is possible.

What's it like to own one of these vivid colored cars? Do you ever get tired of the high visibility?

I think a metallic orange/copper would be an amazing color for the 968...

Either Atomic Orange Metallic (lighter color below) or Daytona Sunset Orange (darker color).

Comments on a 968 in Viola? It is period correct and I have Gray interior....or is the guy on the right telling his kid "never, ever, buy a purple car"?

Daytona Sunset would be my choice of the two. Although that Copper looks fabulous.
