I opted for a high quality vinyl instead of leather. There wasn't much difference in cost but because the sun can be brutal on leather, I went with the installer's recommendation (the vinyl).

Based on the photos on their website, the quality of the work is top notch.

Default Heat Control

Added some Zero Clearance material from Koolmat, their stuff is great.
Replaced the exhaust side and tunnel as well as adding to the turbos side.

Using the 951 shields and thinking about adding a turbo cover from Koolmat as well.

HVAC, wipers, and harness in...

My question is how do people keep track of where to put what! When I pull someting apart, I am usually pretty good at a few notes, and memory since it goes back together right away. But if I did a restoration, no hope for me

What tricks have others done to make sure things are done as well as they can, wire routing, screw sizes, etc.

Well, most wire connections only go together one way, the Porsche PET lists just about every fastener by size, type, and placement, then there are pictures I have of the disassembly...and a parts car for reference...otherwise I'm lost too!

Default fuel tank filter

Decided to clean the fuel tank and replace the tank filter...there was a bit of sediment in the tank and the gasket was toast! BTW, I have an extra gasket if anyone is interested....

Can the tank filter be replaced while the tank is in the car? If yes please share details. Thanks
