In January, 2008, with just a scant original 25,000 miles on this 968, the following work was performed:
*968 Turbo Conversion
*Quaife Limited Slip Differential
*Optima Battery

Turbo Conversion retained the 16 Valve Head, air conditioning, air box and muffler.

Turbo Conversion includes the following upgrades:
*Custom "piggy back" Software
*Custom Intercooler & "plumbing"
*Custom Extra Large Capacity / High Flow Radiator
*Quaife Limited Slip Differential (as this was one of the very few M030 968s delivered sans LSD)

This is the most finely sorted "street" 968 Turbo available.

Designed and executed as a "stock sleeper," with low/even idle (even at cold start-up), ice cold air conditioning and lack of any visual cues (to give away the hp/torque potency).

The combination of the M030 package (stiffer tub, sport suspension, massive brakes and lightweight 17" staggered Cup II wheels), with the 100+ hp/torque jump make this is the ultimate 968!!!

I'm sure people will want to know

who did the turbo conversion?

dyno charts?

which seats are sold with the car, the comfort seats shown, or the hardback painted seats?

In some, but not all, hence the question.

Also, I would like some clarification on, "This is the most finely sorted "street" 968 Turbo available".
That is a bold statement to make, unless you have driven every 968 turbo conversion out there.
Then to go on and say, "The combination of the M030 package (stiffer tub, sport suspension, massive brakes and lightweight 17" staggered Cup II wheels), with the 100+ hp/torque jump make this is the ultimate 968!!! "
Another stretch. 968 M030 package did not have stiffer tub. It was the same exact tub. Brakes were barely bigger than stock, but with thicker rotors and staggered Cup II.. Well all 968's are staggered setup, even the "lighter weight" Cup I's come with staggered setup.
It looks very clean but the ultimate 968, its NOT!! It looks full of compromises.

Sweet 968 Rader, some production stats to go along with your post:

1 of 21 Red M030 968s
1 of 9 1994 Red M030 968s

Believe it or not, more then 20% of the M030s produced for North America were ordered without 220 Limited slip option.

Good luck with the sale.

There are several other 968 turbo's that IMHO are better sorted street cars than this one, namely Raj's, Miles & the Yellow Motec car to name just three.....if your going to make such bold statements best to make sure they are based on some substance!

Technically he is right, even if he is wrong. There is only 1 other 968 turbo Available in the states currently...and that car is full of problems.

On another note, Cup 2's (993 Cups) are lighter the Cup 1's (C2 Turbo's). Unless you were talking about the C2 5-Spoke 16" wheel. Are those also called Cup 1's?

You mean John McCarter's? To be honest, John's car has a LOT more into it. Yes, it does not have 30k miles and is not pristine, but it wasn't a low budget conversion. there was some serious $$ put into that car. His mistake might have been that he started with a high mileage car to start.
Hopefully we will get more details for clarification.
